Prohibited Uses
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk download content or images from Color AI
- Use automated systems or software to extract content or generate images without permission

- Re-host Color AI content on other websites, apps, or platforms
- Remove watermarks, branding, or attribution marks

Our total liability for any claim related to Color AI shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100), whichever is greater.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Color AI shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Province of Manitoba, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
